DO YOU HAVE FREE SHIPPING?
If you shop for more than SEK 499, your order is sent free of charge. Otherwise, a shipping cost of only SEK 49 will be added. To Denmark and Finland, your order is sent free of charge if you shop over SEK 1,000. Otherwise, a shipping cost of SEK 99 will be added.
HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE DELIVERY TIME?
We always try to ship your order within one business day. The total delivery time with DB Schenker is 1-4 working days. To Denmark and Finland, the total delivery time with DB Schenker is 2-6 working days.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
If you have received a package number/shipment ID, you can track your shipment via Schenker's tracking service. If you have not received a parcel number/avi via SMS or email, you are welcome to contact us.
HOW DO I PAY?
We use Klarna, which is a safe and secure solution for you as a customer. You can choose between invoice, partial payment, Swish or direct payment via card or bank.
I REGRET MY PURCHASE, WHAT APPLIES?
According to the Distance Shopping Act, you as a customer have 14 days right of withdrawal, this applies from the day you received your ordered goods. The products must be in their original packaging and must not be opened or used. You as the customer pay the shipping for the return. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
Unclaimed parcels remain at the delivery point for four weeks. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, handling fee and handling fee of 149.

I HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO A PRODUCT?
Allergies and reactions are fortunately not common with products where the manufacturer follows the rules that exist around what can be in make-up and skin care products. All our products comply with the existing regulations. If you are unsure, you can test a new product on an area that is not sensitive, e.g. the arm and see if you tolerate the product. In case of allergy/reaction, remove the product and, if necessary, contact a healthcare center/doctor. If you received a reaction, we would like you to contact us so that we can forward the information to the respective manufacturer.
THE COLOR DOES NOT MATCH THE PICTURE
Unfortunately, different screens (mobile, tablet, computer) show slightly different shades of colors. This means that, for example, a product can look more/less red than it is. One tip is to, for example, check both a computer and mobile phone and compare. The fact that a color does not completely match is not a reason for a valid complaint.
