Shipping policy

We offer delivery to agents with the carrier DB Schenker at a cost of SEK 49. With us, you always have the option of FREE SHIPPING when you shop for at least SEK 499. In the checkout, there is an estimated delivery date. This date is an estimated date, and we cannot guarantee it. Keep in mind that in e.g. Christmas shopping and other holidays or major promotions may cause delays.

DB Schenker Agent - the order is sent within 1-4 working days. Orders placed on the weekend are sent the following Monday at the earliest.

As soon as your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the package number and tracking link. Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for an order confirmation and delivery notification not being received is that you accidentally entered an incorrect email address in connection with the order. Please check your spam folder just in case.

In addition to Sweden, we deliver to Finland and Denmark with DB Schenker Parcel at a cost of SEK 99. Here, too, you have the option of FREE SHIPPING when you shop for at least SEK 1,000. In order to place an order to one of the specified countries, you must first select the desired country, before starting your order.
ATTENTION! Remember to pick up your package on time. If the package comes back to us as an unclaimed package, we reserve the right to invoice you a fee of SEK 149 to cover fees and administrative costs.
