Use:

Exfoliate skin 24 hours before use. Moisturize dry areas (hands, feet, elbows). Spray until skin is fully saturated and massage onto body with a sunless tanning mitt or hand in sweeping motions. Wash palms thoroughly after use. Tan develops within 4-6 hours.
