Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day right of return, which means that you have 30 days to request a return after you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and the packaging must not be broken, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or your order confirmation.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@stellaz.se. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Stellaz, Boråsvägen 14, 512 53, Svenljunga. If your return is accepted, you pack the products well and send them to us via agent. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return questions at info@stellaz.se. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Refunds - We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@stellaz.se.
