Return Policy

You have a 14-day return right, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it – unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and with no broken seals. You’ll also need the receipt or order confirmation.

To start a return, contact us at info@stellaz.se. Returns must be sent to the following address:
Stellaz, Boråsvägen 14, 512 53, Svenljunga, Sweden
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

If you have any return-related questions, contact us at info@stellaz.se. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and fix the issue.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

ORDERS

Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes product details, price, billing, and shipping address.

SHIPPING

Our standard delivery time within Sweden is 1–4 business days. For Finland and Denmark, delivery times are 2–6 business days.
other countries 3 - 9 days
Note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

PRICES


We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints, or incorrect information.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

To use your right of withdrawal:
Email us at info@stellaz.se with your name, address, email, order number, and a clear statement that you want to cancel.
You must return the products within 14 days of cancellation.
You are responsible for the return shipping and condition of the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened products for hygiene reasons.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If you don’t pick up your parcel from a service point within the storage period (usually 10–12 days), it will be returned to us.
We charge a fee of 149 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover admin and shipping costs.
Unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.


COMPLAINTS

All products are inspected before shipping. If you still receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@stellaz.se.
We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines (see arn.se).

To submit a complaint:
Email info@stellaz.se with your name, address, email, order number, and description of the issue.
If we cannot fix the problem, we will refund the defective product.
We cover return shipping for approved complaints.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for indirect damages caused by the product.
We take no responsibility for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, etc.


PRODUCT INFORMATION

We reserve the right for any typos or stock issues. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We strive to present products as accurately as possible.
