Use:
To apply liquid eyeliner, start with clean, dry eyes. Shake the pencil before removing the cap and draw a thin line as close to the lash line as possible, building it up gradually. For a winged look, angle the applicator towards the end of your brow and draw a line outward, then connect it back to your lash line. Practice makes perfect!
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
