For a natural finish, apply Matte Dreamer with a fluffy brush and sweep it over the areas where you have applied liquid makeup such as concealer, foundation or cream contour. Fancy the retouched faux filter finish? Pat a generous amount of powder onto the skin with a beauty sponge and let it "bake" for about 5 minutes. Target areas like under the eyes and forehead for the ultimate brightening effect. Once you've set your makeup, simply sweep away the excess with a fluffy brush and set your final look with a setting spray!
