W7 Super Gel Pencil - is a soft khol pencil that can be used both to create sharp lines or a softer look when blended out. The Gel Pencil has a creamy formula, but dries to a matte finish. Creates maximum impact and color intensity, with an intense glide and perfect durability. For a Khol effect, apply to the inner lash line. For a light but intense smoky effect, apply before eyeshadow and blend in with the eyeshadow brush.
